To help introduce a major app update, my team took a complicated process for activating the feature and honed it down to an enticing and user-friendly overview for all the campaign elements. Facing tight deadlines and collateral additions, we were able to produce a campaign that exceeded the expectations of the client. They also noted that the analytics surpassed what they could have done internally.

The Video

As the centerpiece of the campaign, this video highlighted the benefits and features being released. We wanted to put the emphasis on making life simple and how you can manage accounts on the go. By using fun and playful animations with lifestyle footage, it allowed us to make the messaging visually emotional resulting in a higher engagement by the user. Versions were also created for the app stores themselves.

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Colby for his work on the MySynchrony Mobile App video storyboards. Through 3 presentations to the client, including branding, product & legal teams, he’s received nothing but positive feedback. I believe someone called the presentation “schmancy” today & I’m pretty sure that’s a compliment. Way to go, Colby!
